A newly renovated, beautifully relaxed, three bedroomed, beach style apartment within minutes walk from Frankston beach. Designed and styled with relaxation in mind, the apartment is carefully appointed to make your stay feel home from home. Don’t want to cook in the newly installed, fully equipped kitchen, then walk two minutes to one of Frankstons most chilled out cafes, One Pear Tree. Serving up the best coffee and breakfast around, it’s fast becoming the place to be.

The space
The expansive beach waterfront is calm and shallow, making it excellent for paddling and swimming for all the family. The soft sand is great for making sand castles, taking walks or watching the sunset.
With Frankston town centre and train station just ten minutes walk in the other direction you have everything within reach, should you need it. The area is locally known as the golden mile and is one of Melbournes best-kept secrets.

Positioned at the rear of this original 1970s apartment building and accessed by two flight of stairs, this first-floor apartment is quiet as well as convenient. Being on the main coastal road, all the goodness of the Mornington Peninsula is just a quick drive away. The spa, the food, the scenery, the wine, more beaches. There can be potential for noise from other neighbours, a blue tooth speaker is available for some background music.
The apartment has its own carport for a single car and two small balconies.

The exterior of the building is an original 1970’s double brick design and is three levels in total. The apartment is located at the back on the first floor and includes –

The apartment is close to Frankston, train station, shops, supermarket, beach, cinema's, cafes and restaurants and the famous Arts Centre, which hosts a lot of the city’s shows and concerts including Melbourne’s Symphony Orcrester. See website for what’s on.

Frankston is well known for is vibrant and colourful character, it a an up and coming bayside suburb, it is a very diverse and multicultural centre, hosting incredible festivals and events throughout the year. Including the waterfront festival in February.
