Located only 2 hours from NYC, Albany and Syracuse, this mountainside retreat is the ideal prescription for the city-weary seeking peace, quiet, and space to relax. In the summer, enjoy local fishing, hiking, bird watching, canoeing, and kayaking during the day and unwind under the stars at night while after a full day skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, and sledding in the winter, settle down and sink into the microfiber couches and sip on hot chocolate in front of the wood-burning stove.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house and property except for garage and shed. Access to the barn is allowed and can be used to shelter vehicles, atvs, or snowmobiles. This property sits on 5 acres which is marked out by tape, rope and poster signs. A property layout is provided in the house manual upon check-in.

Other things to note
There is limited cell phone service I. the area but a cell phone booster has been installed on the property as well as WiFi calling provided via free internet.
