The Canadian eh!
This cute "A" frame cottage is located on Dorcas Bay on the beautiful shores of Lake Huron. It's only 15 minutes from the village of Tobermory on the Bruce Peninsula.
The cottage lot is grassy and slopes down to the lake. A fire pit is provided for your campfire under the starry Bruce Peninsula skies. The shore line has flat limestone and rubble rock with a gradual entry into the water with good swimming. Water shoes are recommended.

The space
The interior of this 650 sq.ft. cottage has been newly renovated providing our visitors a clean and tidy vacation home. A bright feeling is provided by the nice lakeside windows.
The living area has a comfortable couch, two chairs and a small flat screen TV with DVD player.
The eat in kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove and microwave for your convenience. The table is capable of seating all 6 in your group.
The master bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and the loft upstairs has four twin beds. The kids love lodging in the loft where they can have their own space to play Ipad or just to hang out.
The Canadian eh! has a large three piece bathroom on the main floor.
A nice lakeside deck with a patio table, umbrella, chairs and propane BBQ offer a secluded place for your outside dinners. In addition, there are Adirondack chairs for relaxing in the sun.
If you are looking for a sand beach, Singing Sands Beach is only 4 kms away.

The properties in this neighbourhood are approximately 1 acre in size surrounded by bush so its a very private area. Neighbours on either side are wonderful.

Debbie Rogers worked with teens for years with Big Sisters and Youth for Christ. Although now retired, she volunteers her time as a youth worker in Lion’s Head on the beautiful Bruce Peninsula, Ontario. Debbie has overseen numerous youth missions’ trips to places around North America and the world. Debbie and Brad, her husband of 46 years, have two married sons and six grandsons. When Debbie is not busy with her work, she enjoys relaxing on the lake while spending time with her family.
