A beautiful home typical of the area, a fun & funky family part of town. This is a great safe home base whether you're exploring Boston,attending a conferences or checking into schools. You'll have nice linens, morning coffee or tea and a light (URL HIDDEN) a 4mins walk to the train with a 15 to 30min ride to downtown Boston. By car it's 10 to 20 min away.

*Your room is cozy, quiet and peaceful looking out over a garden in the back.
*You can come and go as you like as your room is slightly separated from the rest of the house or feel free to join us when you ever you like.
*You can take a boxing class for free if there is a class while you're here.
*Take Walks in the Arboretum or around the pond.
Your room is cozy and small perfect for two. If there are three guest it is a bit tight for sleeping but doable.You have access to the whole house so you do not have to stay in the room. There is a nice livingroom/music room as well as a large kitchen and TV room. Outside you are welcome to enjoy having tea or coffee or wine under the grape arbor or just sit and read a book.
Interaction with guests
The room is situated so that you can come and go without having to engage with us OR feel free to join us in the kitchen for coffee or tea or outside for beer or wine , weather permitting.
Other things to note
Music is a part of our lives my husband plays guitar and we often get together with friend to play and you are welcome.
Airport pick up may be possible....$25 fee.
Coffee and or Tea in the mornings with toast, cereal, etc.
Use of the kitchen if you want to prepare your own meals...just make yourself at home and enjoy yourself.
Dogs are allowed in theory but it is something that would have to be discussed and the price would be as an additional guest per night...unless its a small completley trouble free pet.
Be respectful of all and communicate well enough so we can all enjoy your stay.
Pets are invited in theory...we would have to talk about it before hand.
Small , very small parties could work here. You could also use the outside under the grape vine
