Sub-Penthouse on 40th floor of Imperial Surf, this is a luxuriously appointed spacious beachfront apartment with stunning views & large wrap around balcony. 2 nights minimum stay. 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and an extra fold out queen bed in the second bedroom. Fits 4 comfortably (max 6) with additional charges applied if more than 4 guests. 5 min walk to Cavill Mall, restaurants, shops & tram line. **Note: Strict no party/events and no Schoolies policy. Please see house rules.

The space
The main bedroom has sweeping ocean views with a queen bed, along with an ensuite & large walk-in robe. The second bedroom has a queen bed, an additional thick mattress fold-out queen bed, and beautiful city and canal views. Each room has ceiling fans and air-conditioning.

There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with washing machine and dryer - perfect for a longer holiday.

The main bathroom has a separate bath & shower. The lounge room includes a 3 seater sofa, and 2 recliner lounges. There is also a large balcony with wrap-around ocean views and a dining area.

The Imperial Surf complex has great resort facilities including an indoor/outdoor pool, spa, steam room & sauna. There is also a tennis court located in the complex along with BBQ facilities. This apartment comes with secure underground parking for two cars.

Guests have access to the entire apartment and the resort amenities.

HOUSE RULES
*No smoking inside. You may smoke outside on the balcony if you wish.
**There is a strict no party and no Schoolies policy. We cannot accept schoolies bookings or group bookings over the schoolies period, and we are also unable to automatically accept group bookings for those who live between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Christmas and New Year Bookings: If your booking covers both Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve then the booking must be at least 12 days in length.
Christmas and New Year Bookings have a 7 night minimum stay and Christmas week bookings must start from 19th or 20th of December and New Year bookings must start from the 27th or 28th of December.
Minimum 20 night stay over the period of the Commonwealth Games 2018 (March 28 - April 22)

During your stay
I have been a Gold Coast local for almost 30 years; my family and I live nearby and work together to manage the property. One of us will meet you to hand over the keys, show you around the property and answer any questions you may have about your stay. We will be available at reasonably short notice should any emergencies arise. Also, if there are any issues at all with the apartment or amenities during your stay, please don't hesitate to contact us - we are only a short distance away and will endeavour to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

Check-in is from 3pm and Check-out is by 11am - this is to allow sufficient time for cleaning between bookings. We can be flexible if there are no back to back bookings so if you'd like an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please send a message by the Airbnb message system or call on the contact number automatically shared once the booking is confirmed.
