Loved the isolation. Great cabin and stylish! Luxurious touches were appreciated! Wish it weren't fire season so we could enjoy the outdoors a bit more. Loved the nature. Definitely a bit of sulfur in the water but it's livable, just bring your own to drink.

This is a great location for those wanting to unwind back to nature. The view of the milky way was astounding, we cold see lots of shooting stars. The house itself was a very cool combination of dramatic log cabin architecture with all the modern conveniences.

The scenery was breathtaking - such a beautiful secluded spot, and it was wonderful having so much land to explore. We brought our dogs for the trip in June, so (like anywhere in California) we had to be vigilant about pulling the foxtails out of their paws. Despite that…

We had a wonderful time here! Yes, it is rural and there are mice right outside your door - but no worries, that was perfectly clear to us before. It was remote enough to feel disconnected (in a good way) but also was a luxurious spot (wifi, AT&T phone connection), great kitchen,…
