Two miles to downtown St. Pete waterfront; only three blocks walk to famed Central Avenue - where everyone wants to be! Downtown St. Pete's hottest restaurants, cafes, craft breweries, boutiques, art galleries & more in easy walking or biking distance. Also, under 10 minutes drive to world class Gulf beaches - or take the Beach Trolley for $1.50 - NO CAR NEEDED! Luxury vintage home, super clean & spacious, natural light, huge sunroom, gourmet kitchen, RH and PB furniture, linens, rugs, ETC.

The space
My place is the upper floor of a 1920's home (private entrance). It has a nice flow - tons of windows throughout offering abundant natural light - and is a true vintage gem that was recently updated with upscale finishes. High ceilings, crown moldings, marble tile bath, original refinished wood doors and angled/arched doorways add to the vintage appeal of this space, paired with the very best modern amenities such as a gourmet kitchen (gas stove), full size washer & dryer, ceiling fans, central heat/air, and unique original artwork throughout. Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn furniture, rugs, draperies, and bed linens will make you feel cozy and at home. If you like that 'bungalow' vibe, you'll love this charming neighborhood (Historic Kenwood), which is two miles west of the heart of bustling downtown St. Pete or six miles to spectacular Gulf Beaches! A far better value than paying for two 2-star hotel rooms - and way cheaper than any 3-5 star hotel in or around downtown St. Pete. Plus, you'll get an 'authentic' St. Pete experience and live like a local! Enjoy the ease of this well located home and avoid parking hassles and expense downtown by using the super cheap Central Avenue trolley ($.50 each way!) or take a 3-minute Uber ride to downtown St. Pete! There's also a Beach trolley that you can catch on Central Avenue (3 blocks away), so whichever area you wish to explore, you can get there easily and inexpensively - No Car Needed!!

Guest access
Very spacious 2BR / 1 BA that's 1,300SF, full gourmet kitchen, full size washer & dryer, large sunroom overlooking a sweet neighborhood park. There's a dining room here that's currently being used as an exercise room - you may also keep your luggage out of the way in there, if you wish! You can also use the fun rebounder (mini trampoline) and premium yoga mat that's in there, if you feel inspired to. :)

Other things to note
This fab space is upstairs, so please note that there are about 16 stairs to navigate; may not be suited for disabled persons for that reason. This home is very clean and spacious...A lovely unique space that will give you a real St. Pete experience and is much better than staying in a small, boring hotel room! Perfect for a couple who like space, a family of four, or two couples who want to enjoy exploring St. Pete together for a great deal. This is a peaceful place with a nice, calm vibe. Looking forward to having respectful people here to enjoy a super convenient place to explore all that downtown St. Pete and our amazing Gulf beaches have to offer! I'm a licensed Commercial REALTOR, so it's my job to know about our business community and all that's happening. Though I will be out of town, I am glad to provide recommendations for anything you might wish to find, and help you have an extra special visit to downtown St. Pete and the greater Tampa bay area!

Historic Kenwood is a great neighborhood known for its bungalow-style homes. There is a sweet block-long neighborhood park (Seminole Park) just across the street from my place, with a variety of cool trees, a small playground and BBQ area. This is a great neighborhood that's well located for exploring all that St. Pete has to offer! Tons of antique shops on Central Avenue (just 3 blocks away - called the Grand Central district), as well as dozens of great restaurants, bars, cafes, yoga studios, a half dozen local breweries within one mile (3 Daughters Brewing, Pinellas Ale Works, Cage Brewing, Green Bench Brewing, Hawthorne Bottle Shop, etc.), and other cool hangouts. Also just one mile from the awesome 'warehouse arts district! If world-class museums and galleries are of interest, you'll find great options within 2 miles: The Dali Museum, Chihuly Collection, Morean Arts Center, Museum of Fine Arts, etc. By staying here, you'll get to see why Architectural Digest magazine just named St. Pete a Top 5 Design Destination (in the world!).

I'm a hard working American gal with an adventurous spirit. I love art, music, architecture, dogs, good coffee, live music, walks in nature, sunsets, restorative yoga, technology, reading, and continually evolving in a positive direction. I'm also a liberal-minded, intelligent person who believes in equality and respect for all people (LGBT-friendly). So far never married (maybe one day!), no kids (except for my two sweet dogs!), absolutely no smoking or drugs, respectful, clean, and drama-free. Look forward to meeting you and learning about your lifestyle as well!
