Comfortable 2 bedroom top-floor apartment, having open-plan layout, with the views of the blue Mediterranean just below you. From inside the lounge area, the feeling one gets is of being on a cruise liner with the little boats down below. The views from the roof terrace are also amazing. The name of the apartment is derived from the colour scheme that this lovely home projects. In winter, when heavier linen is needed, we also use zebra print sheets, and the result is quite magical and inviting

- We would like to inform you that because we have had others guests who stayed with us in this same apartment who caused disturbance to the neighbours at night, and also damaged some of our property, we feel obliged to stress and again pin-point our rules for the rental of our apartments. The committee which governs our apartments have advised that they will not accept any further inconvenience to the people living in the other homes.
- - Smoking is not allowed in any part of the apartment – this is only allowed in the balcony or up on the roof terrace
- - The use of drugs, in any part of the apartment or the balcony, is strictly prohibited
- - The use of the balcony and roof terrace are allowed until 11pm (23:00) – should you use these until midnight you are to ensure that there is no noise so as not to disturb the neighbours
- - Care must be taken not to slam or bang doors when you return to the apartment late at night
- - Rubbish has to be removed from the apartment everyday. You can leave the rubbish outside the main street door – this will be collected daily at 08:00, except Sunday.
- - The sand from the beach should remain at the beach and not brought back to the apartment.
- - Music cannot be played between the hours of 23:00 and 09:00
- - The apartment would be rented to you, and to you alone, and you are not allowed to let other people sleep in the apartment during your stay.
- - You are not allowed to remove furniture from one room to another, especially sofas, beds, or chairs.
- - Although we do not expect you to clean the apartments on your departure, it is important that this is not left in a derelict state as this would otherwise require additional cleaning, which would then have to be taken from your damage deposit.

The apartment is big, very well located..close to Bugibba (5 mins walk) but not in the middle of the noises coming from restaurants, pubs, etc. In Malta, I dealt with Paul’son, which is very kind and helpful. Also the prior communication with Paul was efficient. I really appreciated the duvets supplied due to the fact that for health problems I am always cold. The view from the balcony is amazing. I also appreciated a lot the quietness of the apartment: I could sleep without any problem and no noises coming from neighbors. Last but not least, the delayed check out at 11 was great, thanks. Place recommended.

Fantastic location, room was great as long as you're reasonably fit and able to climb the stairs. There is an elevator available also but we hardly ever used it other than carrying luggage up and down etc. View was sensational, great atmosphere around the area without it being to noisy. The rooms had everything you could want, very spacious with 4 adults living very comfortably. Both bedrooms had AC which we hardly used due to the wonderful breeze constantly flowing through the unit. Paul our host was an absolute gentleman and bent over backwards for us over the wonderful month we spent there and attended to a few minor issues we encountered straight away over the month of July. I highly recommend this property which made our holiday a great experience and would recommend it to anyone that i personally know also which i have done already. Thanks again Paul and hope to see you again next year.

This flat, view from the tarrace and location is worth recommending. We get additional mattress to sleep. There was fully equipped kitchen. We have very good contact with Paul. He helped us to get to airport at 4AM in Sunday. Me and my friends have a beautiful time in Malta.

Really clean place with AMAZING seaview. It is fully equipped apartment arranged in '90s style. It is great place to stay for 2+2 family like us. 2 bedrooms - one with small private bathroom. Second bigger bathroom is accessed from the hall. Both have showers, toilet and a sink. There is washing machine available in bigger one. Quite big living room has direct access to the fully equipped kitchen and balcony with fantastic seaview. TV has a number of maltese, english and french programms, including many sport and toons. One minor caveeat is, wifi has no range in bedrooms. In livingroom and balcony it works fine. Bus stop with 2 lanes to the Sliema and Valetta is located just outside the building. For a bigger choice of buses and for shops you need to go only 5 minutes. Host - Paul - is very friendly guy. He picked us up from the airport and told few interesting facts about island while driving. Paul shown us nearby shops and restaurants. We also got a welcome food pack - big bottle of water, milk, bread to toast, some ham, coffee, tea and 2 bottles of various local beer. When we were leaving, Paul arranged a taxi for our return (we were travelling back at 5 a.m. otherwise I think we would also got a ride from him :). I can really recommend both Paul as host and Coral as apartment to stay.

Paul is a very friendly and helpful host, as well as a great guide! He's also very flexible about check in/out times, the facilities you would need in the place and also to help you plan your trip. He did his utmost efforts to make our stay there as pleasant as possible. Nothing could go wrong considering his reliability. The place is beautifully furnished with almost everything you would wish. Cozy, nice and peaceful, that's how I would describe his place. It's for sure the best value for the money. I must mention that the view from the balcony is an absolutely unforgettable scenery. The location is great. Bus station is just in front of the apartment. Bars and restaurants are in 5 minutes walk. All in all I highly recommend his place. A great host and beautiful place. All you would expect for a great holiday!!

Paul's place is perfectly situated at St. Paul's bay and only a couple of minutes walk away from bars and restaurants in bugibba. The view is incredible and the apartment is perfect. Would recommend.
