The home is located in the City of Newburgh, a town in the midst of a renaissance on the Hudson River, just 65 miles north of New York City.
Our townhouse is located in Newburgh's historic district, driving distance to restaurants, galleries, cafes and more. You’ll love the mid-century decor in the open-plan living space and light-filled bedrooms, as well as the well-stocked, stylish kitchen.
Your Hudson Valley hideout is a perfect blend of old and new. With original 6” wood plank floors, period brick fireplace and vintage treasures throughout, it's a mid-century modern retreat for design lovers, in a town full of historic charm.
Wake up the right way with a fix from our coffee bar – including fresh coffee - after a great night’s sleep in the bedrooms (a master with en suite and Queen bed; the other two with double and single beds and backyard views). The bedrooms feature a cool monochrome palette, the master bath is awash in luxe all-white tiles, while the sleek chef’s kitchen has a grey backsplash, breakfast bar and aged wood dining table (seating 6) - all flooded with natural light.
Linger over the New York Times, delivered to your door on Saturday and Sunday. Will it be a history tour or wine-tasting today? Gallery-hopping or hiking? Your choice.
When it’s time to get cozy, there are retro games, free wi-fi and Netflix waiting for you. Sink into the couch in front of the fireplace (it's non-functional, but big candles add all the flickering light needed for a romantic night) and enjoy our home's laid-back designer style.
This home made us fall in love with the Hudson Valley – we know it’ll do the same for our guests.
We will contact you prior to your arrival to give you the access code for the front door. You'll have full access to the house (except basement), including the backyard in the summertime.

Other things to note
Newburgh, often referred to a “New York’s other City”, is a city steeped in history dating back to the revolutionary war. Organizations such as Newburgh Restoration and Habitat for Humanity are working hard to restore the downtown to it’s former glory. Local artists and businesses are moving the City of Newburgh toward a Renaissance. Please take the time to research the area before booking.
The space is a townhouse, although having separate entrances to the home, it does share a porch with our neighbors.
Also, please note that a cat sometimes resides in the home. We deep clean the home after every guest however, cat dander does linger.
