The space
This home has historical charm, a modern, industrial, bohemian feel and all the comforts that you need to relax, work and play! A 65" screen and 2 lightning fast wifi units among the many media and tech perks.

Perfect for a group of friends or family with kids! Sprawling sun deck, gas grill for cooking out, tiki bar, a deluxe playground set on sand, and plenty of space for yard games!

Office desk work area for those who like to mix business with play.

Fresh and fun finishes like sliding industrial barn doors, blue wood grain tile, bamboo wall siding, and red quartz countertops make this urban oasis an unexpected aesthetic pleasure.

Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the home with the exception of one room which will remain locked. We ask that guests keep the exterior back door closed and locked unless there's an emergency.

The house comes equipped with everything you will need: towels, linens, pots, pans, silverware, Keurig coffee maker and coffee, regular coffee maker, 2 wifi units, USB Chargers (2 in Master, 2 in Living, 2 in Spare Bedroom) tons of board games and yard games (Corn Hole, Kan Jam, and Ladderball), Sound Bar, 65" TV, Cable Modem, Roku Ultra.

Other things to note
- The Living Room and Master Bedroom are separated by a partition & barn door slider. The partition is not flush with the ceiling and is in essence one room divided into two. Only the Second Bedroom is truly enclosed and private with a lock on the door.

- There are queen beds in both bedrooms. We also have a queen sized fold-up mattress that lives in the master. The couch in the living room is oversized and very comfortable. Sleeping on it is permitted, however we ask that you take care and use sheets to cover the upholstery .

- The layout of the home and the outdoor living area lends itself to a family vacation, however the home is not truly 'child-proof'. Be extra cautious and aware of sharp edges, and furniture & electronics, which could topple over if pulled .

- We ask that parents not leave young children unattended on the playground set. Use with caution and at your own risk.

- Exterior House and Tiki Hut Lights operate from sunset to 11 pm nightly when they are programmed to turn off.

- While we regularly have the yard cleaned of leaves, please be advised that one windy evening can fill the yard up with bamboo leaves. There are rakes on the north side of the house should you desire to clean up the sand pit for kids. We do our best but we can't guarantee a leaf free stay 😃
