Precipice Lodge is a luxury mountain estate with a butler, nestled between Highlands and Cashiers, NC. It’s designed for unforgettable executive and wellness retreats. With private king suites, spa amenities, a mineral hot tub, cold plunge, and steam shower, the property offers total privacy and relaxation. Surrounded by waterfalls and granite cliffs, groups enjoy curated experiences such as guided hikes, private chef dinners, and yoga, making it ideal for team-building or restorative getaways

The space
The lodge offers six private king-bedroom suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom and tranquil seating area, along with (3# three additional sleeping quarters with half baths and available showers to accommodate a variety of group needs. The suites are appointed with luxury features such as heated floors, fireplaces, private balconies, steam showers, skylights, private studies, a lookout tower, and outdoor rain showers. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to deliver a peaceful and elevated experience in a setting that encourages connection, reflection, and renewal.

The property's spa-style amenities include a mineral hot tub, cold plunge, dry sauna, European steam shower, foot bath stations, and a treatment room that also serves as a yoga space. Indoors, the lodge offers warm and welcoming common areas with elegant gathering spaces that support both relaxation and purposeful conversation, including the great room, den, chef-grade kitchen and dining, game room with pool table, and fully-equipped gym. Guests have full, private use of the lodge’s living and wellness spaces. Inside, enjoy six king-bedroom suites with ensuite baths and seating areas, plus three additional sleeping quarters. Gather in the great room and den, cook in the chef-grade kitchen, dine together in the adjoining area, play in the game room with pool table, and train in the fully equipped gym. Wellness amenities include an outdoor mineral hot tub, cold plunge, dry sauna, European steam shower, foot bath stations, and a treatment room that also serves as a yoga space. Lastly, we ask that our guests treat our lodge as well or better than their own homes. Our lodge is full of art, antiques, and interesting oddities that need care.
If your group isn’t comfortable with the vibe, we understand and happily ask you to look into other places. Our butler will be here to assist and entertain, as well as remind you of all of the house rules.
