Enjoy this unique 1950’s restored beach townhouse in the best area of St Paul’s Bay. It is located steps away from a secluded small sandy beach. The house is designed to take relaxation to a whole new level, complete with a meditation/yoga room and a 50 sq meter terrace and lush balcony space to capture the view.
The house retains its original layout, all rooms have high ceilings with a separate living room, dining room, kitchen and a back yard, all pleasantly restored with relaxation in mind.

The space
This truly unique house has been decorated with original quality furniture from the 1950s with matching contemporary pieces for maximum comfort. It has original artwork and a collection of the owners’ favorite prints by the famous French photographer Edouard Boubat and the Basque Spanish master Eduardo Chillida.

This happy place evokes joy like no place else on this wonderful island, it will lift your spirit and you’re guaranteed a memorable stay. The boutique concept behind the restoration was to preserve this unique house, retaining all the original features to give the visitor an authentic Maltese summer house feel, that has stood the test of time.

Enjoy the stunning promenade and vistas and taste the many exquisite restaurants, if you’re into tracking, the Pwales nature walk, and other guided tracks are just across St Paul’s Bay. You can find a sailing club just down the road and the endless list of activities the area has on offer from cycling, canoeing or paragliding, and many more. If you're up for some quiet less active time then this house is just for you. Don’t miss a visit to Riviera Bay while in Malta; this beach is magical and it’s a fifteen-minute bus ride away from the nearby bus stop just up the road.

Immerse yourself in the fascinating history of Malta and don’t miss the newly restored St Paul’s bay tower or take a boat ride to St Paul’s Island right in front of the house and have a swim in its crystal water.

The house has very pleasant neighbors. It is in a tranquil area, away from the hub but a short pleasant walk to the centre of town where you can find excellent restaurants and coffee shops.

I'm into reading non-fiction, meditation, yoga and anything related to leading a happy life that has the least possible impact on the environment. I'm married with a daughter and I have a social life that can take over. On weekends I'm off to some quiet time at Riviera Bay. I collect books most of which I never manage to read. I'm also into art and interior design, the paintings at Marina St Paul's Bay are original and inspired by the minimalist Spanish master Eduardo Chillida. The concept behind the interiors and preserving these unique properties is my own creation and I hope visitors will take care of these gems that have been carefully preserved. The restoration of Marina St Paul's Bay and the Saint Anne Square Sliema are projects where I've tried to pull together my interests and passions. This house in Saint Paul's is very special to me and it has huge sentimental value, all the family has had incredible happy days there and it's now down to me to preserve it. I've tried my ultimate best to think of everything I would want on vacation or business. This house will bring you joy, it was built for this purpose and now you can share this authentic malta experience and a taste of Maltese hospitality. I'm grateful for booking this property. Thanks!
