Welcome to our bright and stylish duplex in central Sliema! Located on a charming street with side sea views, it features two air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a comfy living area with A/C, and a sofa bed for 2.

Traditional Maltese balconies add local flair, while modern comforts like fast Wi-Fi and a full kitchen make it ideal for couples & friends. Just steps from the seafront, beaches, cafés, shops, restaurants, and ferries - everything you need for a relaxing Maltese getaway.

The space
You will have exclusive access to the entire duplex apartment.

This bright and stylish two-level home in central Sliema comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and offers the perfect mix of Maltese charm and modern comfort.

Two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom.

The front bedroom features a traditional Maltese balcony with a seating area, ideal for morning coffee, a quiet break, or even remote work with a side sea view.

The rear bedroom opens onto its own balcony overlooking a peaceful courtyard with a small table and two chairs.

Upstairs, an internal staircase leads to a spacious living room with Smart TV, work desk, and a pull-out sofa bed for two guests.
There is also a second rear balcony (designated smoking area, ashtray provided) with outdoor seating.

> Kitchen & dining
A short corridor leads to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, including:

• induction cooktop
• fridge-freezer
• dishwasher
• washer/dryer
• microwave
• kettle
• Nespresso machine

You’ll also find cookware, dishes, wine glasses, and all the essentials needed for relaxed meals at home.

The dining area includes a round table for four, plus two stools for larger groups.

> Maltese charm
A traditional enclosed Maltese balcony has been transformed into a bright breakfast nook, with a bar bench and stools overlooking the street and offering a glimpse of the sea.

Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire duplex apartment across both levels. This includes two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, the living room, kitchen, dining area, balconies, and all amenities inside.

The upstairs back balcony is the only designated smoking area (ashtray provided). All other areas are strictly non-smoking. The apartment is accessed via a lift to Level 1, with an internal staircase leading to Level 2.

Other things to note
The apartment is split over two internal levels – Level 1 is accessible by lift, while Level 2 is reachable via an internal staircase. The back balcony on the upper floor is the only designated smoking area (ashtray provided) – smoking is not allowed elsewhere inside the apartment.

You’ll find ultra-fast 1000Mbps internet, and if you're working remotely, you’ll have several options: a proper desk in the living room, the dining table or breakfast bar in the kitchen, or even the front bedroom’s balcony with a side sea view.

We also provide fresh towels, bed linens, clothes hangers, an iron and ironing board, a bench for luggage in each bedroom, and a foldable air-drying rack for clothes.

Everything’s set up to make your stay feel relaxed, practical and comfortable – whether you’re here for a few nights or a longer break.
