Modern House with 4 separate double bedrooms - close to Canary Wharf, this is a large and comfortable home, perfect for a family or group of business travellers.

In a private and secluded courtyard, the spacious living area is the perfect space to relax at the end of a busy day in the City.

There are great connections to the DLR (Langdon Park Station - 5 mins to Canary Wharf), and Bromley-by-Bow Station (District, Hammersmith & City lines), giving you easy access to the whole of London.

The space
I hope you enjoy your stay in my home! With fantastic transport links, this is the perfect place to stay for a getaway or business visit to the city.

The large living room on the ground floor has 2 sofas (one is a sofa bed) and an elegant dining area, with 6 dining chairs. The fully equipped kitchen will be at your disposal during your stay.

There are four spacious and comfortable double bedrooms, (one with en-suite shower) all with standard UK size double beds (4 ft 6 inches wide) and my housekeepers place fresh, hotel quality linen & towels on the bed before your arrival.

There is also unrestricted parking out of business hours by the property (& office hours parking can be arranged at £5 per day - ie 8am to 5.30pm).

The bedding and towels are provided, and changed after you leave (this is the main purpose of the cleaning fee).
** If you are booking for more than 7 days; the rate is automatically discounted to encourage guests to use the Laundry facilities provided if need be - though Fresh Linen/towels can still be arranged during your stay at cost price - please ask for details.

BUSY HIGHWAY NEARBY: The property is close to a busy Main Road, but set back in a courtyard with a neighbourly feel, though sometimes the traffic can still be heard..... although that's not unusual for a bustling global city

Almost literally a stone’s throw from the top of Canary Wharf’s towers, Poplar is part of the 'new city within a city' that is London's Dockalnds. The area has been endlessly improved, so that it feels like an island within an island, besieged by infrastructure, such as the roaring Blackwall Tunnel and the hulk of Canary Wharf, in whose shadow it sits. But it has its moments: the fabulous Chrisp Street market, Billingsgate, & the peace of the Limehouse Cut which leads to Limehouse Basin westwards or walk eastwards along the canal to charming fairy-tale like 'Three Mills Heritage Area' (home to '3 Mills Film Studios' and the oldest tidal mill in the world) and then further along the canal to the QE Olympic Park and the Westfield Shopping centre in Stratford (a lovely 30 mins leisurely stroll from the house). Also very short journey times to the world famous Greenwich Village & Park and the O2 Arena (to the south) and Victoria Park (to the north). The ExCel Exhibition Centre ( & Royal Victoria Docks - home to Emirates AirLine cable cars) is also nearby (please see the pictures) as is The Thames Barrier Point Park.
