Spread over three levels, Villa Tiburón offers generous spaces designed to accommodate up to 20 people in absolute comfort, with a perfect harmony between luxury, nature, and privacy. It is possible to accommodate 22 people with the bunk bed in the outbuildings.

FIRST FLOOR:

- Bedrooms 3 and 4: with 2 double beds (sleeps 4 per room), private bathroom, air conditioning, fan, and dressing room. Balcony with mangrove/forest view.
- Wine cellar (bottles are available for purchase).
SECOND FLOOR:
- Landing with refrigerator, storage, and access to the roof terrace.
- Roof terrace equipped for yoga or aperitifs, with spectacular views of the jungle, sunrise and sunset.
- Bedroom 5: Master suite: king-size bed, sitting area, huge bathroom with shower + bathtub under skylight, dressing room, air conditioning, fan. Access to a private pool on the balcony, garden furniture, Bluetooth speaker.
- Bedroom 6: Bedroom with king-size bed, private bathroom with shower under a skylight, dressing room, and access to the balcony with pool.
OUTBUILDING:
A small outbuilding at the front of the villa offers two single bunk beds and a sofa, ideal if you are coming with a large group or staff (e.g., nannies).
BABIES:
Babies are welcome and travel cots are available on request.
SERVICES INCLUDED:
- Private chef available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., offering menus from around the world. The chef's services are included in the rental price but not the shopping for meals. We will ask you to choose the menus you would like to enjoy during your stay. You are responsible for the cost of groceries, with a shopping service (20% of the cost of groceries). Payment for groceries is due upon arrival by credit card (TPE) or cash.
- Butler (daily management, maintenance).

SARGASSUM :
The sargassum season is between May and early October. the beach is regularly maintained by our team. however, we cannot be held responsible for the possible presence of sargassum (seaweed), a natural phenomenon beyond our control. the sea remains master of its own rhythm.
Guest access
You'll be greeted on site by our concierge service, who will help you take full possession of the house and remain available to answer any questions you may have throughout your stay.

PARKING:
- There are 2 parking spaces directly in front of the villa, as well as a space that can accommodate around ten vehicles to the side of the property.
ACCESSIBILITY:
- A few steps are required to access the villa.
TOWELS & BED LINEN:
- Bed linen as well as bath and beach towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
OTHER RULES :
- Smoking is allowed on the terrace, but not inside the villa.
- Pets are accepted at a supplement of 100 USD per animal. Please do not allow them on the beds or sofas. In the event of damage or odor, additional charges may apply.
- Parties are permitted, provided the premises are respected. In the event of breakage or damage, items must be replaced or reimbursed.
SECURITY:
- Surveillance cameras are installed outside the villa.
WATER :
- You will have unlimited access to a drinking water dispenser for the duration of your stay.
