The space
Paradise found. Addison Opulence elevates bayfront living into an entirely new level of luxury. Ideally situated directly on Caxambas Bay on a grassy corner of one of Marco Island's southernmost peninsulas, this magnificent vacation home is a shining example of a true island estate.

Custom-built and newly constructed 2018, this estate is flawless with six bedrooms comfortably sleeping 12 guests. Addison Opulence features captivating waterfront views, a gourmet kitchen, a great media room and sprawling resort style pool deck perched on the edge of the glistening waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Spectacular views greet guests immediately upon entrance and are enhanced by massive sliding glass doors that glide open seamlessly to invite the outside in and allow you to stay comfortable in all climate conditions.

An open plan living area greets guests with modern furnishings enhanced by calming coastal hues of driftwood browns and seaglass blues that continue throughout the home. Relaxation starts here. Take a seat in front of the fireplace and catch your favorite game or show on the HDTV all while you soak up awe-inspiring waterfront views.

Her kitchen is sure to delight cooking enthusiasts. Outfitted with a completely stocked gourmet chef's kitchen with high end Thermidor stainless steel appliances and a mammoth granite kitchen island, this space acts as the heart of the home for guests hungry or not. The formal dining area is in the main living area and provides families and friends with a premier waterfront dining experience during every meal of the day.

The main living space spills out on to the colossal pool deck where the glimmering aquamarine pool and spa are the focus, other the endless waterfront views, of course. Watch from a chaise sun lounge as the kids splash all day or fire up the stainless-steel grill in the outdoor kitchen to prepare your favorites as the Gulf breeze blows off the water.

For those who yearn for a bit of privacy or a place to enjoy a cocktail, Addison Opulence proudly boasts two private living and media areas. The first is located on the first floor, just off the kitchen. With a stunning fireplace and comfortable seating area, it is the perfect space to catch up on old times and create new memories. The second living space, a traditional living room, is located on the second floor and features a wet bar with a wine cooler and access to a balcony that overlooks the pool deck and Gulf waters.

At Addison Opulence, there is no true master suite. Every room is a master suite. Each bedroom features a private bathroom and most provide access to the second-floor balcony or lanai so guests never lose sight of the bay. All bedrooms are outfitted with modern decor, fine linens, HDTVs, and deliver absolute privacy and comfort to all.
