Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom CORNER unit apartment with a large private balcony with peek-a-boo ocean views. 5 min walk to Tsawwassen Mills shopping centre, grocery stores, restaurants and Big Splash water park. Just 5 min drive to BC Ferries(Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal), 30 mins to Vancouver and YVR, and 15 mins to Richmond. Enjoy leisurely strolls on the boardwalk along the beach, and beautiful Pacific oceanside trails.

The space
Two reserved side by side parking spots, and visitor parking available. EV charging available in the building.

Large private balcony with peek-a-boo ocean views, an outdoor bbq grill, and outdoor dining space and seating. Fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, washer/dryer in the unit for your ease and comfort during your long term stay. Kids bathtub, foldable travel crib/playpen available. Two TVs in the condo- one in the living room, and another in the bedroom.

Very clean and spacious 3 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet and an ensuite washroom with double vanity, soaker tub, and a separate shower.

Guest access
The amenities room is available for your use during the stay. It has a fully equipped gym, a pool table, TV etc. There are two large parks right outside the building, with kids playground, and a basketball court.

Please follow all building rules, such as turning off the lights and locking the doors when exiting the amenity rooms. Violations may result in a fine of $50 or higher per strata bylaw.
