You will be 1.5 blocks from the entrance to the express 1-2-3 subway, and .5 blocks from the beautiful Riverside Park. The building has a laundry room in the basement and a live-in super who will attend to you if you need anything.

The perfect balance between residential and commercial with quiet streets, pretty buildings, shops, restaurants, theaters, and walking distance to 2 of NYC's most iconic parks : Central Park and Riverside Park.
In specific, the street where this apartment is located is very very quiet, with trees and birds, and half a block from Riverside Park, which, as it's name suggests, is right next to the Hudson River.
On the other hand, it's 1.5 blocks to Broadway, where there is access to groceries, restaurants, bakeries and bagels, espresso, delis, and the express subway to get you downtown in minutes.
