New and elegant apartment, it has a private balcony and a unique terrace, both overlooking the Christ statue. It is located near the best area of Cochabamba, towards the end of Avenida America Este, steps from the Catholic University, "El Pueblito" and Plazuela Tarija. Nearby you have a variety of shops, pharmacies and bank ATMs. A few blocks away is the Parque del Arquitecto, and then the Sombrero de Chola and the IC Norte.

The space
