We welcome you to our home. We designed this 3 bedroom condo to be very modern, but trendy. Our place is perfect for family and friends, with lots of games to choose from, for adults and children. This condo has 1550 sft so there's plenty of room for everyone. We're also centrally located right on the border of Boise, Meridian, and Eagle. Just minutes away from the beautiful village in Meridian, and just minutes away from Eagle and the famous Boise River Green Belt.

Neighborhood highlights

Our home is located in a brand-new, small upscale subdivision. With a short drive to downtown Boise, we are 8 minutes north of the Boise River and the famous Greenbelt. It offers some of the finest restaurants in the Treasure Valley, including Bardenays Restaurant and Distillery (right on the river) as well as one of the local favorite spots for breakfast, The Griddle (fresh squeezed orange juice & huckleberry crepes) Yummy. Eight minutes south is the awesome Village Mall. This is No ordinary mall this is absolutely beautiful architecture with a grand fountain that changes colors and has water routines. The Yard House offers something like 300 beers on tap and a really great vibe with outside seating and tons of great shopping and fun things to do, including a movie theater, bowling, tasting and just an awesome amount of restaurants. Right up the mountain is the famous Bogus Basing Ski Resort, which sits on the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, only a 45-minute drive, and seeable from all of the Treasure Valley. Within a four-minute drive is the Starbucks, Fred Meyer grocery store (which is awesome), and Chase Bank to name a few. The list goes on forever but a couple of worth mentioning is Boise Thai Noodle House (10 minutes), upscale trendy delicious Thai food. Blackrock Coffee (9 minutes). Oh yes, let's not forget the brand new pickleball complex, The Flying Pickle, with 18 brand new pickleball courts. ( 8 minutes away) I'm not into pickle ball but my wife loves it.
