The space
The entrance to the villa is through a driveway surrounded by a lush garden. The Villa has a comfortable canopy at the entrance where you can have lunch or enjoy a wonderful evening in complete relaxation. From here you can access the living area furnished with comfortable sofas and a large dining area. Around the living room are the four bedrooms, three of which are double and one triple, served by two full bathrooms, the first with a shower and the second with a bathtub. The villa offers a spacious, well-equipped kitchen from which you can reach the outdoor area, with a swimming pool for exclusive use, a highlight of the property. The brand new swimming pool guarantees maximum well-being. The poolside is furnished with deckchairs, parasols, sofas and swings that will allow you to enjoy the warm Salento sun or alternatively have fun with friends playing foosball or ping-pong, made available to guests. The outdoor area of the villa houses an annex consisting of a kitchenette with a small dining area, two bedrooms, one of which is a double and the other with a bunk bed, and a bathroom complete with shower.

- The accommodation tax is not included in the price and must be collected at the time of check-in and amounts to €1.35 per night per person.
