The space
This 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath, has been completely updated with many luxurious touches. Each bed is dressed with fresh sheets, duvet covers and blankets. Duvet covers are also washed between every guest. Fans in every room. Ample bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and makeup cloths are provided. Enjoy lots of natural light, large living and dining area, kitchen nook, coffee bar, game room, laundry, Wi-Fi, movies, games and photography highlighting some of Oregon’s most beautiful locations. Private driveway parking with separate graveled RV/boat parking. House sits on 1/3 acre with large private backyard with gazebo and fire pit, bench under the redwood, and sunset chairs.
Kitchen has basic dining essentials including plates, bowls, tall and short drinking glasses, wine glasses/wine opener, coffee mugs, to-go cups, plastic plates/bowls for kids, flatware, cooking utensils, bakeware, crock pot, ceramic pan set, mixing bowl set, serving dishes, measuring cups/spoons, coffee/tea bar, cooking spices, and condiments.

Close to several water access points for fishing and water sports. Head west to Oregon wine country and Oregon beaches or east to the beautiful McKenzie River and the mountains! Home is just 0.3 miles from nearest bus stop allowing for easy transportation throughout town if needed.
This home comfortably sleeps a maximum of 6 guests with 2 queen beds and 2 twin XL beds. Though our usual limit is 6 guests, exceptions may be made. We can flex to accommodate additional guests, upon approval. Please discuss this with us prior to booking to ensure that accommodations can be made and are mutually agreed upon. Additional fees may be implemented for unapproved additional guests.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house except for host closets and attic space. There is room to park 4 cars in the driveway, with additional street parking available. Separate graveled RV/boat parking on side of home. There are security cameras on the exterior of the property that monitor outdoor spaces only. Cameras will remain operational for your protection and safety.
Other things to note
HOUSE RULES: Rules are pretty simple: treat the house with kindness, as you would your own. Please remove shoes when indoors, many boot trays are provided at entrances and in each bedroom.
*Reminders: no smoking in house or garage ($500 fine), no pets, no large groups/parties/events.
*Please respect our wonderful neighbors, quiet hours 9:30 pm-7:00 am.
*We kindly ask that you refrain from sleeping on the couch, to ensure all our guests have the most sanitary experience. We are able to flex to accommodate additional guests, once mutually agreed upon and approved.
CHECK-IN: check-in is at 4 pm, check out is at 11 am. Because we use a key code, you are welcome to check in any time after 4 pm!
GARAGE: please enjoy the extra game/ TV space in the garage! Feel free to bring your own PS3 games, or use the ones we have provided. Please remember to log out of any devices upon departure, including all streaming apps. We also have a foosball table, dart board, bean bags and corn hole boards, and rope toss.
KITCHEN: we have tried to equip the kitchen with all that you may need during your stay, except food. Please enjoy a coffee/ tea bar. We hope you like our backyard wayside loop honey (From our own hives) for your morning beverages! Kitchen has basic dining essentials including plates, bowls, tall and short drinking glasses, wine glasses/wine opener, coffee mugs, to-go cups, plastic plates/bowls for kids, flatware, cooking utensils, bakeware, crock pot, ceramic pan set, mixing bowl set, serving dishes, measuring cups/spoons, cooking spices, and condiments. If you use the last of something please let us know so we can replace! Please also scrape all kitchen scraps into garbage and do not rinse them down the drain, as we are on septic. Outdoor gazebo area with fire pit.
TOWELS/LINENS/BLANKETS: towels can be found on the towel racks in each room and extra towels on bathroom shelves. Please use towel racks and avoid placing wet/ damp towels on any floors/beds/furniture. Extra blankets can be found in each room closet and extra linens are available upon request.
SHOWER/TUB: equipped with filled shampoo/conditioner/shower gel dispensers.
TOILETS: please only flush human waste and toilet tissue. All other items (baby wipes, face wipes, feminine products, paper towels, etc.) must be thrown in trash. We are on a septic system.
TV’s: TV’s are smart TV’s and have access to WiFi/ internet, and common streaming apps. Internet is Xfinity and password is provided upon check in. Please remember to log out of all streaming apps when you leave!
WiFi/ TECH: We provide fast Xfinity internet service for our guests, password provided at check-in. We also have USB charging stations for every guest at bedside.
WiFi Network & Password available upon check-in.
FIREPLACE: not useable. Please enjoy our heater and extra blankets.
WASHER/DRYER: Feel free to use. Please remember to clean dryer lint tray before and after each use! Laundry soap provided.
DISHWASHER: feel free to use as needed during your stay.
GARBAGE: Please empty household garbage as needed into the trash bin on the side of the garage. The garbage is picked up on Monday morning. If you are staying on Sunday, please take garbage bin to end of the driveway Sunday evening for Monday morning pick-up. If you are unable to take trash bin to street, please let us know in advance and we are happy to do this for you!
NEIGHBORHOOD: This is one of the best neighborhoods! Welcome back to American neighborhood block parties and neighbors who wave at everyone!! This is a quiet established neighborhood with an active neighborhood watch program- everyone knows everyone! We have a wonderful neighborhood park, just a mere 3 min walk from the home with a play structure, sand pit and “Sandlot”-style outfield. We are very proud to live here, so much that we purchased a second home to share our wonderful neighborhood and town with the world!! Neighborhood is close to shopping, restaurants, breweries, wineries, sports venues (Autzen Stadium, Hayward Field, PK Park), outdoor adventures, water sports, lakes, rivers, streams, fishing, camping, hiking, trails, running attractions and the Eugene Airport. Home is located on a closed loop, with no thru traffic. Please respect our wonderful neighbors and our quiet hours. Although our neighborhood is safe, please use common sense and lock up doors and windows when not present.
CHECK -OUT:
- Please load all dishes in dishwasher and start wash cycle prior to check-out
- Please place all used towels in laundry basket in laundry room (or you can place them in bathtub- just please don’t leave them on the floor or on beds/furniture)
- Please ensure all doors/windows are closed and locked when you leave (Key pad does NOT automatically lock front door, this needs to be done using key code)
- Please make sure you have logged out of all streaming apps on TVs
- Please make sure you have gathered all your belongings and haven’t accidentally taken ours.
