Limestone houses close to the sea and culture.

Converted and newly renovated smithy in limestone located by the small parish road in Grötlingbo next door to the medieval Museigården Kattlunds. The house is part of our farm building where you have two own secluded patios. The lower floor has a living room with limestone floor with underfloor heating and a large fireplace. A smaller kitchen area that is fully equipped and a bedroom with two beds in a bunk bed. The upper floor has a double bed with the possibility of an extra bed. Newly-built bathroom in the extension with separate entrance.

Neighbour with the sea! Secluded location in a cozy community

The view and the neighbor with the sea. Peaceful but still close to shop, summer cafe, Hamburgarrestaurangen Kapten Grogg and high-class Gula Hönan. Bathrobe distance to the bathing jetty at the picturesque fishing village. Comfortable distance to Visby and 10-15 minutes to all possible services in Hemse. Extensive surface layer renovation made inside 2020. Large plot in a secluded location with only a nice neighbor. Nice hiking trails, fishing, rich bird life, pheasants on the grounds. 15-20 minutes car to amazing swimming spots.

The "Annex" is a charming two-story property that has most things you need for a relaxing holiday. From the living room you get directly out into the lush garden with roses, jasmine, lavender etc. Breakfast in the green with bird chirping, barbecue evenings at sunset or just sit under the big chestnut with a good book. The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. Wing on the Farm with close proximity to the sea and nature. 2 km to the sea. Cows & lambs on the farm The guest is responsible for providing bed linens and towels. The guest cleans up and leaves in the same condition as it came. Bikes to borrow at the farm to stay. Kayak and SUP to rent . In the--------------------------------- autumn of 2021, a major renovation was carried out. From 2022 there will be a new bathroom with access to laundry, new kitchen and bedroom.
