Welcome to our heritage house at the heart of Transylvania! We have just finished renovating and refurbishing it. We tried to preserve and refresh clean and simple Art Deco details, while prioritizing convenience & coziness. Entering the veranda with its arched vaults, you get a majestic castle feeling. Inside, you feel the comfort of a home. It is located on a quiet street in Sebes, a 10 minutes walk from the town centre, and from landmarks such as the gothic church and the medieval wall.

25 Casa Aria- Studio in the historical center

4 small and cosy studios(aprox. 15sqm) right in the historical heart of the city are welcoming you to Cluj-Napoca. They are situated on the ground floor and each of them offers you a triple bedroom with tv, a private bathroom and of course a fully equipped kitchenette, to make you feel like home. Free Wi-Fi also included. All of them have almost the same surface ( aprox. 15 sqm) and the same utilities&facilities. Minor diferences. Of course, one of them will be yours., not all of them.

The Cozy Bunker

We welcome you at our cozy 55 square meter townhouse located at only 5 minute drive from the historical city center. The entire house was recently renovated and refurbished with industrial accents in line with the building's original structure and history. The large double bed and the comfy sofa bed, together with all the modern amenities, will assure a comfortable stay for either families, couples or individual travelers. The full size kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances.

Charming Medieval Town Studio—Ideal for Workations

Immerse yourself in a one of a kind medieval town experience in the Sibiu's city center by living in its heart, in a completely refurbished apartment in a historical building that belonged to a former aristocrat. Walk on the charming and quiet cobbled stone street in front of the apartment to make your way to the medieval Piața Aurarilor (Goldsmiths Square) and climb up the most picturesque steps in Sibiu to enter Piata Mica (The Small Square).

Apartamentul Morarului

Apartament situat la etajul unei case private, pe malul raului Buzau, format din doua dormitoare, un living generos, bucatarie si o baie. Doar 5 minute de mers pe jos de centrul orasului. Valea cu Zimbrii din Vama Buzaului este la 10 minute de mers cu masina. De asemenea de acolo se poate ura si pe Muntele Ciucas. In directia opusa la 20 de minute cu masina puteti ajunge la Lacul Siriu din judetul Buzau.

Dacă ești în vizită sau vrei să poposești mai mult la Sibiu, Studio Mai, situat în Sibiul istoric, la câțiva pași de Podul Minciunilor, Piața Mare dar și de Gara CFR vă oferă condițiile de cazare, de care aveți nevoie. Studioul a fost creat să ofere un ambient plăcut și relaxant! Mica terasă cu flori și ciripitul de păsărele, turnul Bisericii Sfânta Ursula vă așteaptă să vă ureze „Bună dimineața!”.

Apartament se afla la etajul 1 al casei este o mansarda de 60 mp, compus din dormitor cu pat dublu , 2 fotolii , baie privata din dormitor .Bucatarie dotata cu : plita electrica , frigider cu congelator, cuptor cu microunde , filtru de cafea , vase , vesela , masa ,scaune , internet .Este locul unde te vei simti minunat , cazare confortabilă.

Familia ta va fi aproape de tot, stând în această locuință situată în centrul com.Osorhei. In apropiere la 50 metri există și un magazin alimentar PENNY, iar la nici 100 de metri este statia de autobus.Locatia se afla la 10 minute de mers cu autoturismul de centrul orașului Oradea .
