Family home with private pool in Touraine

Our 14th century house is located in the heart of Touraine, a region known for its castles and fine wines. The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

A charming 1950s mansion in a splendid landscaped and wooded park, in the heart of Touraine, with jacuzzi access. It consists of two bedrooms equipped with TEMPUR memory foam mattresses (including a King-Sixteen bed), a bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a living-dining room and a TV room. A terrace equipped with sun loungers and dining tables will seduce you. All close to all shops and three minutes from the historic center of Tours.

The small house

10 minutes from the city center of Tours, nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park, you will find calm and comfort. Close to the Loire bike path and the city bus, at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will enjoy all the charms of the countryside at the gates of the historic city. You can park your car right next to the house with peace of mind. We will be happy to host you in our newly renovated little house.

Gîte le grillon/quiet and rest

The Gîte is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace with no neighbors overlooking and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You are in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Great for resting!

Gîte du bec de cisse

Close to the Loire Valley castles, charming village house (Vouvray) facing south, quiet, between Tours and Amboise. The house is completely independent, very nice, well decorated. 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds, 4 single beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, an open-plan kitchen with fireplace in the large living room! TV, Wi-Fi, BBQ, sheets/towels provided. Washer, dryer, dishwasher. Enclosed garden.

30 m² house located in Vouvray, close to Tours. The House is close to the Châteaux de la Loire: Amboise, Chinon, Villandry... Furnished and equipped house composed of a living room with kitchen area.
