Charming beach house located on the hill of Poggio Pertuso in Porto Ercole with a huge terrace furnished for outdoor living, beautiful view of the sea, the Forti Spagnoli and the port of Cala Galera. The apartment, which occupies an entire floor with terrace at the level, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a spacious and bright living room and an equipped kitchen. The property is completed by an outdoor shower, grill, and a private parking space. Very close to the famous Feniglia beach.

The stone facade of the house exhibits a traditional architectural style, complemented by a contrasting wooden roof. A set of stairs leads to the entrance, framed by arched openings and lush greenery, with clear blue skies providing a bright backdrop.

It's a special villa, a short walk from the harbor but secluded enough to feel far from the world. The large round window, like a porthole hanging on the water, transforms every moment into a trip. We called it "How to stay on the bow of a boat" because this is exactly the feeling that you feel looking from there: being part of the sea, in a timeless quiet.

Its balcony overlooking the harbor offers a striking view of the sea and moored boats, immersing you in the magical atmosphere of Argentario.
