The apartment is found in a new complex. It is on the second floor. We have a syndic and I am his assistant and also the treasurer. We have our internal rules and regulations and we see to it that they are strictly followed. The neighbourhood is green with lots of tropical trees. From the apartment, filao trees can be seen alongside the beach. One can hear lots of birds singing. The environment is very peaceful.
