Romantic and quiet atmosphere in a charming apartment to discover the "sweetness of Angevine". 75 m² air-conditioned duplex with a private garden where there is a living room and outdoor kitchen, surrounded by nature. However, no parties or noisy behavior are possible. The Spa is open year-round and indoors, the pool is covered and heated from June to September. Shops 3 minutes away. La Flèche Zoo is 30 minutes away. River, beach and castle 5 minutes away. Nice hikes from the house. Ideal for families.

La tiny a une localisation parfaite à seulement 10min du centre ville d’Angers en voiture. À pied : Bus = 5min. Tramway = 15min. Boulangerie/pharmacie/tabac = 5min Cuisine toute équipée avec four, grille-pain, frigo, plaque électrique. Salle de bain avec douche pluie, toilettes sèches ! P.S : 2 chats peuvent rendre visite en journée :)

My place is close to a restaurant. You will appreciate it for its comfort. It is located between Angers (15 m) and La Flèche sur Sarthe (34 m), ideal for a visit to the La Flèche zoo, Terra Botanica 10 m from Marcé Airport for a baby I ask €8 per night in cash a caretaker of my house is at your disposal if necessary. It is forbidden to invite people into the accommodation without asking me for permission and I ask for €10 per person who does not sleep

Including an open living room with sofa bed, large TV, kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, table with 4 chairs. Bathroom with cabinet, shower, toilet. Separate double bedroom with wardrobe. 200 m2 fenced plot. Parking space. Well located on a property of several hectares in the countryside but 5 minutes from shops. Nearby beach in summer in the Loir.
