The chalet is inside a green oasis of meadow, pasture and vegetable gardens, surrounded by a dense forest of centuries-old pine trees. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, contact with themselves and nature. The view of the 4,000 Swiss mountains is breathtaking! During the winter season, in case of snowfall, you will need to park about 500 meters from the chalet, we will gladly help you with your luggage!

Two 300-year-old stone houses with original granite roofs — your own little hamlet, a stone's throw from Lavertezzo and the emerald green Verzasca. There is no one else here. Directly behind the houses is the chestnut forest; opposite is a waterfall. At night, you hear nothing but the river and crickets. Both houses together; 300 m², a total of 5 rooms (including 3 bedrooms), 12 sleeping places, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 terraces and a shady garden — all connected, all for you.

The apartment is in a house from the 1800s that has been renovated over the years. It is a typical accommodation, equipped with a wood-burning stove, the floors as well as the ceilings are made of wood. There is a staircase to access the bathroom. Separate entrance, garden with BBQ and pergola for grilling, the laundry is shared with the other two apartments. Public transport stops are a minute's walk away. Pets are welcome, you are required to notify us of your four-legged friend when booking.

Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.

Berghütte Arnau, Canton of Ticino Maggiatal

We rent our lovingly furnished mountain hut in the Maggiatal Valley, Canton of Ticino. Built in 1866, the Rustico was completely renovated in 2021 and is located on Mount Arnau, above the village of Giumaglio, at an altitude of 1000 m. The hut is only accessible on foot and requires a two-hour hike uphill. It offers everything for a cozy and relaxing stay. We look forward to your visit. Typical Ticino rural house entirely in stone, completely renovated. Simply furnished to be comfortable and welcoming. Located in Dunzio, a small village at the beginning of the Maggia Valley, reachable via a one-lane forest road, which runs along the mountain above the village of Aurigeno. Starting point for hiking and for mountain lovers. Here you can enjoy tranquility and peace surrounded by nature with a splendid view of the valley.
