The apartment is on the ground floor facing south, next to the Cité Vauban, a 5-minute walk from the shops. The sunny apartment is very quiet with a large garden and a beautiful wooden terrace. It is functional and charming. This apartment is ideal for a couple. We are served by public transport (TGV shuttle stop and city bus 3 minutes away. Our green garden is relaxing. We offer a parking space exclusively reserved for the apartment.

SUMMER and WINTER, come and enjoy our VARS/RISOUL ski resorts, the Eygliers leisure center, the Embrun water park and our magnificent Lake Serre-Ponçon. Ideally located apartment, in the heart of a charming village (REOTIER), at the start of many hikes, close to several tourist sites and 10 minutes from all amenities.
