Cozy apartment with a sea view

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Welcome to Sørlandets Perle, Risør With us you can stay centrally in a pretty and newly renovated apartment with its own entrance and free parking. Walking distance to bathing areas, hiking areas, the city and everything you need when you are on vacation. We can provide tips and recommendations for your stay in charming Risør. The apartment has a spacious living room with TV, WiFi, coffee table and dining table, bathroom, bedroom with double bed. The kitchen is renovated in summer 2023. Right on the outside you can park the car. Welcome :)

Rofshus

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity, wood for firing and cleaning. Newly renovated plinth apartment in a farm house. We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

Balcony on both sides and light in from 4 edges! ☀️☀️ Just 15 meters from the pier edge makes it the closest to the sea of all apartments in the quadrature. 🌊 The apartment is located along the car-free promenade. 🏝 You can enjoy panoramic views of the city fjord, fortress and city beach. A single dwelling rental is rented for short-term rentals. Approx. 40 sqm. The residence is located on Heistad in Porsgrunn with good bus connections to Porsgrunn center and Herøya industrial area. It takes approx. 10 minutes drive to Porsgrunn city centre. Possibly possibility of parking in the courtyard. Combined living room/bedroom, but separated by large shelf and curtain that closes for light. Short distance to the coastal path, beach and sports facilities. Grocery store in walking distance from the apartment.

The apartment is located on a beautiful, west facing and sunny fjord property, with access to its own jetty. To Risør city center it is a nice walk of about 20 min. or bike ride in 7 min. - here you can park your car in your own parking lot and leave it during your stay. The apartment contains living room w dining area and lounge w TV. - A small kitchen, richly equipped. Bedroom with 4 bunks, duvets / pillows / bedsheets and covers. Nice apartment at a nice price + free parking/wifi

Large (70m2), 2 bedroom appartment at reasonnable rate with free parking, TV channels and wireless wifi. Separate entrance, parking space and outside area with furnitures. First floor in two floor house and very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to food store, shopping mall, recreation area and bus stop. We always do thorough cleaning before arrival of new guests and execute contactfree check-in and out by use of a key box. Welcome :)

In the living room there is both a seating area and dining area. Cots can be added if needed. There is access to use the garden on the outside of the apartment. Cozy condominium in central, quiet surroundings. Private entrance and parking directly outside the gate. 150 m to park with playground and climbing park for children, 200 m to lovely beach, 200 m to bakery and fish shop and 300 m to grocery store. Close to harbour with ferry to Hirtshals. Larvik train station approx.: 2 km Nice walking areas nearby.
