Teresa, on a very wooded plot of 1000m² on two levels, on the lower level are 2 totally independent units that share a garden and pool: This Studio and the Ap (another ad). With a view of Christ the Redeemer (Corcovado), the mountain and the Sambadrome (Carnival parades, we are in front of the old church and next to a family square with bistros. In a colonial mansion with independent access, the owners live on the upper plateau, always available for help.

The location in the heart of Lapa features a double bed + an additional single bed, as well as a futon for a fourth guest. From the window with a clear view, we can appreciate the Arcos da Lapa, in addition to a pleasant constant natural ventilation. The apartment is very quiet and has been completely renovated to offer absolute comfort with split air, blackout, washer and dryer and a super-equipped kitchen.
