Buenavista Ambeles

House located in the historic center, a few meters from Plaza del Torico and the cathedral. A completely renovated 1934 rationalist building, it is a room without an elevator, and has wonderful views of the Zona de las Arcillas and Javalambre. Very bright apartment and close to restaurants and supermarkets. There is a bus stop and taxis at the door and a bus station across the street. Paid parking on the same street. We have a crib, barrier, highchair with prior notice, and an extra bed.

It is a two-story house, accessed through an 18th century palace gate to an entrance patio. On the ground floor, there is a 25 m2 bedroom with a double bed plus another folding double bed, a living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and access to a 40 m2 rear terrace with a barbecue and views of the Turia River. On the first floor, there is a second bathroom with a shower, a double bedroom, and another double bedroom plus an extra single bed.

There is an alcove, a nice bathroom with shower and a large living area where there is a 'corner coffee' for coffee or tea or to prepare breakfasts and light meals. The house of AGUA is an accommodation, in the heart of La Villa (Casco Histórico de Requena), surprises with a remodeled interior of warm and modern design. A place of disconnection and enjoyment. Oriented to the south, all exterior, so it has plenty of natural light. Its cellar, keeps a choice of wines from the region, which can be tasted "in situ". Guest comments. The house is very nice and comfortable.
