Our house, located in the wild nature of Triglav National Park, is surrounded by a forest and beautiful mountains. Just under the house you can explore amazing water grove and a waterfall, which is known as energy point. In the valley you can enjoy the beauty of emerald green Soča gorge and if you're brave enough, you can jump right in. The house is a great starting point for many hiking trips. The most popular is certainly the hike to a beautiful glacial lake Krn, under the top of mountain Krn.

Primarily intended to host artists in the Artist-in-Residence program, our 240 years old traditional house welcomes you in Mojstrana, the picturesque village located under the highest peaks of the Slovenian Alps. The apartment offers an intimate, cozy, warm, artistically and culturally touched atmosphere for couples, families, and individual travelers. You can experience a pleasant stay whether you want to do outside sports activities, be creative or just relax from a busy everyday life.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Lovely cottage in wilderness of the National Park

The chalet on mountain pasture Uskovnica is equipped with all the luxury that you would want on your vacation. Please note that it is a mountain cottage and there is gravel road (2 km). On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen, a large dining table, a sofa and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with access to a large balcony. There is a Finnish sauna that you can use to relax. There is also a table with a bench outside, everything for relaxing after hiking.

Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 was lovingly and carefully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a lovely vacation here surrounded by wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness combined with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in a chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious patio offer an unobstructed view.

A washing machine is available, as well as two covered parking spaces and a storage room for sports equipment (skis, ski boots).
