Das Aich - Suite Sova

Perfect mountain idyll in a perfect ambience. The Sova Suite offers tranquillity and creates new energy. This 65 m² apartment provides space for up to 4 people and convinces with its tasteful, modern interior with clean lines and pure elegance. The suite impresses with its excellent equipment: Two bedrooms with comfortable king-size beds ensure restful nights, while two bathrooms make morning routines easier. A private sauna is also part of the apartment and increases the feel-good factor.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Historic Hallstatt

This 500-year-old house in the historic center of Hallstatt was renovated with a lot of love for detail. Here, the history of Hallstatt is noticeable everywhere. Lake Hallstatt is only 30 m away and from the premises and the garden you have a wonderful lake view. On the terrace you can enjoy the morning sun with coffee. The house has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet and an extra toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Apartment VICTORIA near Hallstatt

Our apartment (76 sqm) sleeps 4 people. Our central location makes it easy to reach all destinations in the region. The quiet terrace overlooking the Dachstein/Krippenstein offers plenty of space (30 sqm) for relaxation. We offer 2 double bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room, bathroom with bath and shower, washing machine and hair dryer. Furthermore, we offer a parking space, 1 flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Quiet and sunny on the southern slope of the Kammspitz. Wooden house with ecological and natural building materials. Spacious terrace facing west. Ideal all year round as a starting point, for example, for hiking, mountain biking, climbing tours, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing or paragliding. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a bedroom. There are more bedrooms in the attic. Simple amenities.

Our Mountain Cabin recently passed to the 3rd generation of our family and is a renovated traditional cabin completely on its own on a sparsely populated mountain of a few milk farmers. This self-catering cabin offers its guests and their 4-legged companions ample space to relax, forget all the day-to-day stresses and enjoy the important things in life.
