In our house on the edge of the forest, we not only give you the space, but also the freedom for green thoughts. But as a former forester's house, the forest path there is not easy. This little gem is located in the midst of beautiful nature with hills, rocks and rivers. In a very quiet location with separate entrance and private staircase. From the covered sitting area, the view extends to meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with a train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, the Bavarian Forest and the Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and cycling directly from the front door.

A spacious bedroom features a wooden bed with two separate bedding sets. Natural light enters through a window adorned with curtains. Soft wood flooring complements the curved ceilings and warm tones of the room. A small side table and decorative elements add to the inviting atmosphere.
