The accommodation contains 3 double bedrooms, living room, kitchen, utility room and 2 bathrooms (1 bedroom and 1 bathroom is locked off for the non present owners). Fiber optic 50Mbps, TV, Bluetooth speaker for music or radio. Fully equipped kitchen, outside BBQ area and shaded chill-out areas. 25 min from airport, 10 min to "Blue flag" beaches, There are about 50 bars and restaurants in the area. A nice house with an interior patio.

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
