You have more than 250 m2 of fully equipped and personalized spaces with the unique furniture I create. There is also a game room and a chill-out area (by reservation and shared with the other apartments). A large garage allows you to park at least 3 cars and motorcycles. You will have a garden by the river accessible by a few steps.

The dressing room is a penthouse apartment, rooftop with upscale amenities. You can enjoy 60 m2 for up to 2 people, with a queen-size double bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, double sink, washing machine and toilet. Both bedrooms have a 160 bed and a closet.
