The family has lived here since the early 1800s. All of the old charm and its origin has been taken care of with great care. There are two houses for rent in different combinations. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

The property is located by the sea, on Galtö on the way out to Resö. Right between Strömstad and Grebbestad. The guest cottage with sea view is on our property about 50m from the sea. Within a distance of three miles there are four golf courses. Galtö also offers great fishing waters for sea trout and fantastic forest walks. From the terrace you can enjoy the sun and sea views. My place is good for couples, couples, golfers, fly fishermen. Also a dog is welcome.

Welcome to our guesthouse at the beautiful island Resö. The house consists of one main room with kitchen, dining table and double bed. There is a separate bathroom and separate bedroom with bunk beds, 80 x200 cm on top bunk and 120x200 on lower bunk bed. The house is located in a quiet residential area in the middle of the island. Resö offers beautiful nature, several beaches and a grocery store. It’s a nice restaurant and bakery during summer.

The sauna is in the side building. The cabin has WiFi.
