Nice little house with a living area, bedroom, shower room (washing machine) and separate toilet. Accommodation completely refurbished in 2024. Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, microwave, oven, two-burner induction stove, range hood, sink, storage, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Table for 4/6 people. Living room with coffee table, TV cabinet, sofa bed, quick mattress 16 cm 140 x 190. A 140 x 190 adult bed with a 20 cm mattress, a 90 x 190 single bed, a walk-in closet and a dresser.

Beautiful cottage in the heart of nature

Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with centuries-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, snowshoes, pétanque, darts, foosball. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12 m x 6 m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
