In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

A functional kitchen space is displayed with modern appliances, including an oven and coffee maker. A wooden table with seating is positioned beside a window, allowing natural light. Various kitchen utensils and a wooden cutting board are arranged on the counter, creating an organized atmosphere.

Our almost 30 m² apartment is located in a quiet side street on the edge of the forest in Lorch Waldhausen. The rooms are partly completely renovated (April 2025) see pictures. Parking is available for free on the side of the road. Ideal connection also by public transport, e.g. (VVS) Stuttgart, Schorndorf or also to Schwäbisch Gmünd in half an hour. The region is also recommended for hiking or cycling, among other things. The geographic center is located in the village.
