Cozy cabin to relax! The hut has 45 m² of living space, a terrace, 1000 m² garden, campfire pit, etc. Hiking trail, mountain bike trail runs right past the cabin! The nearest hut on the mountain is about 35 minutes away on foot. St. Gotthard 800 m with inn The town of Texing is about 3 km away with a bakery, gas station, Adeg market, cafe, inn, pizzeria, etc. There are a few bee colonies on the property of my beekeeping K(r)asser Bio Honig, which also gives you the opportunity to watch them at work!

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. Bärbel's Panorama Hut is 40 m² for self-catering with its own terrace and sauna bunk bed 120 wide a real cuddly hut and is located in the Präbichl ski and hiking area in Styria. The hut has a sun terrace and an infusion sauna. The Swedish stove in the living room provides cozy warmth. At the Praebichl there are numerous hiking opportunities, via ferrata, climbing park and gentle tourism. I'd love to answer any questions you may have.

From May to September, relax in the heated pool and soak up the sweeping views. Heading to the slopes? A shuttle to the Puchenstuben ski area (15 min away) is available for a small fee. And yes—there’s excellent Wi-Fi for streaming or working remotely.

Small house at the foot of the Ginselberg with views of a large pasture surrounded by forests. The accommodation has its own terrace with wonderful views of nature. The building is divided into 2 floors. On the first floor there is a small anteroom, from which you go into the living room, further into the kitchen, the bathroom and a toilet. The two bedrooms and a gallery are located on the upper floor.

Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022.
