In a fully equipped kitchen, the dining and living area and the balcony, guests can enjoy the tranquility after eventful excursions.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish place. The apartment is located in the middle of Munich, Garmisch and Füssen, each about 60 km away. On site there is a small swimming lake with a Greek restaurant. About 7 km away you can visit a warm outdoor pool. The Ammersee is 15 minutes away, Lake Starnberg and Lake Staffelsee are 30 minutes away. The town of almost 2000 inhabitants has a large supermarket, a pharmacy, and two banks.

Our house is located directly on the Romantic Road in Reichling in the beautiful Lechrain, about 15 minutes from Landsberg am Lech or Lake Ammersee. Munich or the Alps can be reached in about an hour. In the annex is the local bakery.

The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
