The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Our cozy apartment is located between the 5 Lakes region and the Alpine foothills. It is an excellent starting point for nature hikes, bike or motorcycle tours, swimming trips and city tours. It offers a separate bedroom with a large double bed. 2 more sleeping places are available with a comfortable sofa bed with mattress. In a fully equipped kitchen, the dining and living area and the balcony, guests can enjoy the tranquility after eventful excursions.

FeWo Lucy

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish place. The apartment is located in the middle of Munich, Garmisch and Füssen, each about 60 km away. On site there is a small swimming lake with a Greek restaurant. About 7 km away you can visit a warm outdoor pool. The Ammersee is 15 minutes away, Lake Starnberg and Lake Staffelsee are 30 minutes away. The town of almost 2000 inhabitants has a large supermarket, a pharmacy, and two banks.

Your completely renovated country-style apartment is ideal for couples, solo adventurers and cyclists. It has a separate entrance, kitchenette, bathroom and sleeping area with double bed. Our house is located directly on the Romantic Road in Reichling in the beautiful Lechrain, about 15 minutes from Landsberg am Lech or Lake Ammersee. Munich or the Alps can be reached in about an hour. In the annex is the local bakery.

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
