As leisure activities, Ticiland in Stein am Rhein is available for children and Conny Land in nearby Lipperswil is available for young and old.

(Natura 2000, FFH) Only suitable for nature lovers and adventurous, sporty guests. Suitable for watching water birds. "Forest kitchen" with running water, gas cooker, cooking pots, dishes. Composting toilet, barbecue. Our house and parking lot are about 100 m away. Swimming in the lake is possible, and an old surfboard is at your disposal.

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a nice wrap-around balcony with a table and chairs for enjoying a lovely day in the sun. Only a small walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach pool and the other many tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house there is another apartment….Captains Suite. A sauna is included.

Our place is ideal for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). A good starting point for day trips, including to neighboring Switzerland and Austria. Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.

Lakeside house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
