The vacation home "Strickerl" is located in one of the most beautiful hiking areas in the world, in the Salzkammergut. We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. MIELE appliances, SAECO espresso machine, QUOOKER, EV charging station (11kW) and lots of (free) extras! Built in 2022 and equipped with every modern comfort and beautiful materials. The cozy and warm look, wooden doors with a height of 220cm and subtle accents in the interior, make this chalet a Top Chalet!

Tauernstöckl - Apartment 3

Spacious apartment (entire attic) for 10 (+) people in a renovated turn-of-the-century villa. Ideal for families or ski groups. Amenities: kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms, cozy sitting area, Wi-Fi, TV, balcony, parking, ski storage, dogs welcome, extra beds possible. In the main season, we only offer our apartments on a weekly basis. If you are interested in shorter stays, please contact us. In some cases, shorter bookings are also possible!

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Tauernwelt The AlpenNatur Chalet

Our newly built AlpenNatur Chalet is an exclusive vacation home built from local natural materials such as old wood, Swiss pine wood and natural stone. Directly on the Tauern cycling path with views of the Areitbahn mountain station and the surrounding nature, you will find the perfect getaway here. A freestanding bathtub and our Swiss pine sauna are certainly among the things that are not so easily found elsewhere.

Rosenstein Chalet

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Stegstadl

A charming cottage in a Troadkasten look with modern amenities in Alpine style overlooking a beautiful orchard is at your disposal. The 100% wooden house offers every luxury despite minimalist space. The house is in a good location in the top skiing and hiking area of St. Johann im Pongau/Alpine village. The crackling of the wood-burning stove and the processing of old wood offers an alpine feeling.

Welcome to the GIPFEL-GLÜCK penthouse. The pinnacle of the Sunleitn Residence: 107 m² (1,153 sq ft) with an open-plan living/dining area and a stunning glass-roofed conservatory. Fully equipped kitchen and access to the spacious terrace with a 180° mountain panorama in total privacy. Relax in the private Finnish reclaimed-wood sauna with views of the mountains. 2 bedrooms, ideal for up to 4 guests.
