The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

In this spacious, very special house, people who love historic buildings will feel especially comfortable - with a touch of Pippi Longstocking and modern accessories ;-) Ideal for fine celebrations and retreats, everything available. Vegetables, sheep, the sculpture park with the New Fort, easels, workshop, etc. complete the natural and cultural experience. Only 10 beds, but additional sleeping options are available! Chilling in the pool, painting or yoga with sheep - you'll like it!

Idyllic wine cellar

Our rustic wine cellar is located at the foot of the Geschriebenstein in the middle of the wine idyll Rechnitz. It has been around for more than a century, is in top condition, convinces with its quiet charisma, invites you to relax from everyday life and is only suitable for fit people, as the upper floor is accessible with an extendable staircase. No neighbors, no Wi-Fi but electricity, running water and cell phone reception. Getting up with the deer and rabbits is not uncommon.

Caspar's Home

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.
