Quiet, on the edge of the woods, energy source, (sylvotherapy) in front of the lavender fields and surrounding hills, super equipped (American fridge, large TV, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, even an open fireplace, large beds in the bedrooms (180) shaded terrace,a dining area under the large oak tree...This bastidon has everything for a dream vacation. The house overlooks the Ventoux, The house is self-contained but it can also be rented with a neighboring house with 4 extra beds. Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
