Enjoy this charming cottage, located in a one-hectare property with swimming pool, tennis court and petanque court, near the wine regions of Sancerre and Pouilly, in the village of Bulcy. This small house has been completely renovated and is located next to our house, built on the remains of a castle of which three towers dating from the 11th and 15th centuries remain. The property is accessed through an electric gate, and parking is possible near the cottage.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Friendly, cozy, modern, this charming house has just been redone. Its ideal location allows you to get anywhere in La Charité and very quickly. A concierge is at your disposal for any requests.

The sleeping area features two single beds with white bedding, positioned adjacent to each other. Soft lighting is provided by decorative bedside lamps on either side. A window, dressed with light grey curtains, allows natural light to illuminate the space.

This small single-storey house is fully equipped to accommodate up to 2 people. (2 90 cm beds) and is located in a common courtyard. Large secure parking with intercom is just in front of the house in the enclosure. There is also a large adjoining lot. Ideal for business trips or weekends.
