Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

A light-filled living area features a pink sectional sofa, stylish pendant lights, and a wooden dining table. Large glass doors open to a balcony overlooking a lush forest, while a television hangs on the wall opposite the seating area.

Our small romantic mill room is set amid gardens, apple orchards and vineyards. The mill is located in our yard, right next to a small creek - relaxation in the middle of the countryside. If the nights become cooler again from October, you can also warm up in our cozy farmhouse parlor by the tile stove before crawling up in the mill under the cuddly ceiling.

The residence features a three-story building with a combination of wooden and yellow exterior. A spacious outdoor area is visible, inclusive of a heated pool, lounge chairs, and a well-maintained lawn. Scenic mountains and greenery surround the property, enhancing the natural setting.
