Farmhouse Fattoria La Parita

Provencal-style apartment nestled between vineyards and olive trees. You will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside 10 km from the city and 4 km from the highway. The song of jays and cuckoos will be the soundtrack to the stay while the roe deer graze among the olive trees. A basic Italian breakfast is included (coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, etc.), but if you prefer a richer breakfast served at the table, the cost is €15 per person (€10 from 5 to 15 years, free under 5 years). Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, in an ancient village in the middle of the Tuscan hills. Relax watching the sunset while sipping a good Chianti wine, or while swimming in the pool reserved for the residents of the village. Located in Sogna, a small village in the municipality of Bucine, the house has two bedrooms, one double and one single with the possibility of making it double, and a bathroom. In the village there is a tennis court and a coin-operated self-service laundry.

Overall, there is a farm that produces wines and oil with the possibility of guided tours and tasting of our products with themed dinners.

The home has old-style terra-cotta tiles, stucco walls, chestnut wood beams making for a very charming Tuscan get-away. It is a simple, comfortable and tasteful space. The Sogna community shares a large outdoor pool just a minute walk from the house.
